POMONA – A 25-year-old Pomona man decided he didn’t want to spend Thanksgiving in the Franklin County Jai. But he got an opportunity to sample the jail’s Thanksgiving dinner any way. Gunner Thompson refused to report to the jail Wednesday and when deputies came to call, he barricaded himself inside a home in the 100 block of Monroe Street in Pomona, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said.
