OTTAWA — Ottawa police were investigating two vehicle thefts occurring prior to Sunday morning. One vehicle was stolen from the 600 block of North Main. The 58-year-old man who owns the vehicle told police he knew who took it. An unlocked vehicle, which had the keys in it, was stolen from the 400 block of South Mulberry. Police said the vehicle was later found.
