OSAGE CITY — It was a dark and cold winter night – especially in much of Osage County Tuesday night. Westar Energy’s power outage map showed more than a thousand customers in and around Osage City for much of the early evening. Power was restored at about 5:30. What caused the outage wasn’t immediately known.
