OTTAWA- New superintendent Doctor Ryan Cobbs took over the helm of the district this wee and looks forward to leading the Ottawa schools into the future. he says he has a goal of growing and developing the building administrators, continuing with school redesign and finishing the bond issue projects. however, he says the main goal is to increase the academic growth of all students in the district, increase graduation rates and ensure kids have the skill sets to move either into post secondary education or move right into the work force and be successful.
Cobbs took over as superintendent this week. Former superintendent Doctor Jennie Stroh retired effective at the end of June
