Among the candidates appearing at a candidate forum Tuesday night in Ottawa were several running for Kansas Secretary of State. Dennis Taylor says he’s been talking to a lot of county clerks all across Kansas.
Taylor says, if elected, he wants to implement backup votes with voter-verified paper ballots statewide.
