A Franklin County Commissioner from the past is trying to regain office. During a candidate forum in Ottawa, Don Stottlemire, who is running for the 5th district seat against Randall Renoud in the August 7th primary, noted the current commission seems to cancel a good number of meetings.
Stottlemire also says during his tenure there was more road improvement than under the current commission.
