The Kansas Bureau of Investigation and Osage County Sheriff’s Office has identified the remains of a woman who was found last August north of Melvern Lake, in Osage County. The victim was identified as Anna Marie Baldwin of Topeka. She was 5 foot 6 inches tall, 120 pounds and 40 years of age at the time of her death. The K-B-I believes that Baldwin was killed sometime between April and July of last year and asks that if you have any information related to this crime, that you contact them at 1-800-KS-CRIME.
