The Ottawa Police Department will be participating in the National Night Out this evening. The police, fire, and EMS departments will be visiting registered neighborhood parties to promote community and police partnerships, and meet the neighbors, first responders, and community leaders. Ottawa Police Cheif Dennis Butler says it is all about getting to know each other.
The Parade of Lights will visit registered neighborhoods between 5 this afternoon and 9 this evening.
