National Night Out brought out neighbors all across Ottawa to meet and greet city officials and Ottawa’a finest from the fire, police, and EMS departments. One impression that you might get from attending National Night Out Against Crime event is that Ottawa is becoming a younger place. Eldon Crenshaw was at the event in Willow Acres. He says he’s seen a lot change in the last 30 years.
Crenshaw says young families seem to have moved in just in the last few years.
