If you haven’t met your neighbor then last night would’ve been your chance. It was the annual Night Out Against Crime Event, and one of the neighborhood rallies was in Willow Acres. Joy Beatty says it’s a good time to build friendships.
Beatty says she has been involved with Night Out events before, but this is the first time she hosted the event.
