Having to say goodbye is such sweet sorrow, but that moment came at the regular Ottawa City Commission Meeting. At the end of the meeting, City Manager Richard Nienstedt praised departing Commissioner Emily Graves.
Graves was presented with a plaque in honor of her service. She moved outside city limits which disqualified her from staying on the commission.
