If you work for Franklin County and you’re a smoker, better pay attention. The County Commission may take a look at banning smoking on county-owned property. County Administrator Derek Brown says he would like to see such a development.
Brown was reacting to a proposal by the Health Department that smoking regulations be tightened. Right now smokers are restricted to certain designated areas.
