We have an update on the Main Street waterline project in beautiful Downtown Ottawa. Starting today, crews will be working south in the 100 block of Main on the east side. According to the Ottawa Assistant Utilities Director David Buehler, parking will be limited at times and traffic lanes in the area will be narrowed.
The same situation will be present on Monday and Tuesday of next week also as crews work to finish lines. Please use caution as you travel through the construction zone in the 100 block of Main. The city and the construction crews are working hard to minimize traffic delays and keep parking available as much as possible. They appreciate the public’s patience and cooperation as this project moves forward.
