Developers of the Onward Ottawa project have asked Franklin County a 250 thousand dollar donation, and they might get half that. During a study session in which the developers made a presentation, Commission Chairman Randall Renoud saus any money should be parceled over several years.
Any donations would come from the Transient Guest Tax collected from customers staying in motels.
