Developers of the Onward Ottawa project have something to be happy about. Franklin County has voted to make a donation to the project from the Transient Guest Tax Funds. Susan Rader of the Tourism Committee had a recommendation for the county commission.
The County Commission voted four to one to follow the recommendation and voted to give developers the 75 thousand dollars all at once, instead of stringing it out over several years.
