An added feature to the Emergency Dispatch Center for Franklin County may improve response times to fires and other emergencies. Emergency Communications Director Nick Robbins told the county commission the details of the new program.
Robbins says the new feature should give first responders more complete information as to what kind of situation they are going to face.
