There’s a controversy going on in Wellsville over whether objects scattered around a property owned by Jim Stonequist violated city codes against having junk items, thereby creating a nuisance. Stonequist has been cited for several violations by City Inspector Jerry Mallory. At the regular Wellsville City Council meeting, Stonequist complained about Jerry Mallory citing his property.
The City Council tabled the matter until their September 26th meeting.
