At the debate between the three major candidates for Governor last weekend at the Kansas State Fair in Hutchinson, the candidates were asked, “What they would do to grow the Kansas economy?” Democrat, Laura Kelly had a fiery answer that hinted at bringing back the programs cut by the Brownback administration.
