Third graders from across Franklin County will descend upon Sylvester Farm southwest of Ottawa tomorrow September 21rst to learn about farming, farm animals, and food. Ottawa Chamber President John Coen says it is important for kids to know where their food comes from and how reliant on agriculture we are.
The day will be filled with activities for the kids led by many different groups, including local FFA members from West Franklin and Ottawa schools.
