Tons of ground beef sold at stores in Kansas area stores have been recalled because of a threat of E-coli infection that has been responsible for one death and 17 other illnesses. The USDA has released a list of retail chains that received the infected beef. High Plains Radio Angie Haflich has more.
Symptoms of E-coli infections include diarrhea, vomiting, and more severe infections can cause kidney failure. If you have any of the recalled beef, you are urged to throw it away or return it to the store.
