The QSI building company in Richmond hosted the Franklin County Farm Bureau Legislative Tour yesterday evening. A number of political candidates and local dignitaries attended. Among them, Wink Hartman, Caron Tyson, Mark Sampsel, and Franklin County Sheriff Jeff Richards. QSI Owner Rob Pearce opened the tour of his impressive facility with a description and history of the company and some concerns he has as well:
Franklin County Farm Bureau Public Policy Chair Alan Campbell and Kansas Farm Bureau District 2 Board Member George Pretz closed out the tour commenting on the great participation of local folk and businesses and the need to continue the efforts of the farm bureau.
