Proximity Park for a time may have seemed just like a dream, but now the dream draws closer to reality. Franklin County Administrator Derek Brown told county commissioners that he’s been working with the City of Ottawa and the Franklin County Development Corporation on several things.
Brown says the county commission will soon have to delve more deeply into how to present Proximity Park to outside industry.
