The last week or so has been very active for first responders in Franklin County. The heavy rains accompanied by flooding jeopardized many motorists and homeowners. Emergency Management Director Alan Radcliff says, sure enough, there were some that decided to try their luck.
Radcliff says it will take a few days or weeks to determine fully how much damage the flooding caused to roads, bridges, and other facilities.
