The fire that destroyed the old crow’s nest at the Central Heights practice field yesterday morning lit up the sky for quite some way. First responders reported seeing the flames over a mile away. No damage estimate has been given on the blaze and no injuries were reported. The old crow’s nest was an iconic symbol at Central Heights and many people have expressed their disappointment on the incident on social media. KOFO has posted pictures of the scene on our Facebook page.
