When the Kansas Legislature meets next year, guess what, school funding will likely top the list. State Representative Blaine Finch appears to have easily won re-election to another term. He says that it has come to the point where the question of funding schools needs to be put to the people.
Finch says, President Trump, no doubt played a part in the high voter turnout in the mid-term election, but local issues still prevail.
