A couple whose property is the unwanted recipient of drainage off a county road has taken their case to the Franklin County Commission. Cathy Webster of 1108 Osborne Road says their situation has been going on for a long time.
County Administrator Derek Brown says the county has been out repeatedly to try and fix the problem, but it’s somewhat complicated since it involves private property.
