A new employer is coming to Ottawa. Groundbreaking ceremonies were held Wednesday to mark the start of construction of a new Arby’s in south Ottawa. Andy Benning is with U.S. Beef, the parent company of Arby’s, he says several dozen people will be on the payroll.
Benning expects the new Arby’s to open sometime next March.
