Patients that visit the Ransom Memorial Health Emergency Room Department are seemingly not as satisfied with their experience as RMH administration would like. During a regular meeting the hospital board of trustees, Senior Vice President Stacy Steiner and CEO Matt Heyn had a brief discussion.
