The Franklin County Salvation Army kicks off the annual fundraising campaign today. Bell ringers will be manning kettles throughout the county. Kettle Coordinator Adam Lynch says he is hoping for a big year, but they need a lot of help.
He adds that it seems like every year gets a little tougher for families and individuals here in Ottawa and Franklin County. There are a lot of kettle spots available in the next thirty days. If your family or group would like to help, you can contact Lynch at 913-744-8249 or by email at [email protected] or call KOFO and we will get you in touch with them. Your time spent at the kettle will make a positive impact and difference in lives locally.
