POMONA — Pomona City Council Candidate Rex Hancock reported to the sheriff’s department Tuesday that vandals painted four of his campaign signs with red paint. He is the husband of Pomona Mayor Joanne Hancock who also had some of her campaign signs vandalized during the last city election. Mayor Hancock is involved in a bitter dispute with many members of the city council and she’s suing them in court.
