The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office has a lot of guests, guests who really don’t want to be there. Sheriff Jeff Richards told the Franklin County Commission that the jail has been busy.
Richards also says his office has been hit with about 78 thousand dollars in unexpected expenses in the process of seizing dozens of abused horses and getting them adopted to other homes.
