One thing that most people don’t know about the new Legacy Square project in Downtown Ottawa is that it will incorporate some unique features for stormwater runoff. Community Development Director Wyndee Lee says the stormwater design is quite elaborate.
Lee says one of the devices may have to be eliminated due to costs. She says it’s important that stormwater drain off properly and that the water is cleaned to protect the integrity of the Marais Des Cygnes River.
