When the new Legacy Square goes in the area between First and Second Streets at the corner of Walnut in Ottawa will be much more attractive. Community Development Director Wyndee Lee says right now the area is rather bland.
Lee also says stormwater devices are designed into the project to assure proper runoff and to make sure the water stays clean.
