The Ottawa School District has changed dramatically in the past several years, to say the least. USD 290 Superintendent Doctor Ryan Cobbs has gone from Ottawa student to teacher, to principal and now to leading the district into the future.
He says the schools in Ottawa are state of the art.
He added that the district is adjusting it’s grading procedure to a standards based grading system and they should have it finalized by next year.
