OTTAWA — Koss Construction reported Wednesday that someone stole a 2008 Caterpillar skid-steer loader from a job site in the 3600 block of U.S. 59. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department estimates the loss at about $50,000. Callers can receive a reward and remain anonymous.
