It looks like CASA, or the Court Appointed Special Advocate program, will be able to do more work in Franklin County and other counties that make up the 4th Judicial District. CASA Executive director Chrissy Stumbo told the Franklin County Commission that they have set an example.
Stumbo says increased contributions from the counties and some grants will enable CASA to expand their volunteer program among other things.
