Patrons of the USD 287 school district should have received corrected statements concerning their property tax due. The original statements went out and did not include the school bond issue that was voted on earlier in the year. County treasurer Jodi Edwards says the new statements are highly recognizable.
She added that people may want to throw away the original white statements so they do not get confused as to what to pay when they go to pay the second half their taxes.
