It seems plans to add roads and do other improvements to the Wellsville cemetery has somehow slipped through the cracks. At the regular city council meeting, Wellsville mayor Bill Lyltle expressed some surprise at what he thought already existed.
City superintendent Darien Kerr was instructed to work out all the plans again so the cemetery projects can get underway.
