An accident this morning Friday December 28th on 59 highway injured two people. A GMC envoy driven by 19-year-old Alexander Green of Pomona was northbound 5 miles northeast of Ottawa when the vehicles left wheel came off. This caused the vehicle to go out of control. It overturned and came to rest in the middle of the highway. Both Green and a passenger, 19-year-old Andrew Winfrey of Ottawa were taken to Ransom Memorial Hospital for treatment of their injuries. Both were wearing their seat belts.
