Ottawa Police have had to deal with two unruly arrests the past week involving force used against the officers. In the first, 21-year-old Dustin Jackson was pulled over for a traffic violation. During the stop and sub-sequence arrest, Jackson resisted resisted arrest with force. He was charged with numerous drug offenses including possession of methamphetamine, felony interference with law enforcement, felony possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Marijuana. The other incident occurred in the 800 block of East Walton street. Officers responding to a call of a disturbance contacted 31-year-old Alexis Feliciano. He was arrested for disorderly conduct and interference with law enforcement, resisting arrest by force.
