The possibility of early childhood education for Ottawa children is closer to reality. School Superintendent Doctor Ryan Cobbs says the state plans to sponsor educational opportunities for young children.
Cobbs says the need for early childhood education is urgently needed and programs will be developed in Ottawa schools as soon as possible… Possibly within the next one to two years.
