Potholes. One thing everyone can agree are a nuisance. And, this winter, there seems to be an overabundance of them on the roads, both in town and on county roads. The weather conditions are not favorable to get them fixed anytime too soon and Ottawa City Manager Richard Nienstedt says the city is trying.
