It’s off to the races when it comes to the construction of Legacy Square in downtown Ottawa. And it’s a race that will have lasting results. Ottawa Mayor Blake Jorgeson offered his thoughts about the groundbreaking for the project.
The project is expected to be completed sometime this August.
