One feature that the new Legacy Square will contain is a restroom for tourists and anyone else who needs to use one. Ottawa Community Development Director Wyndee Lee says the downtown facility has been a long time coming.
Lee says the restroom will probably cost over 200 thousand dollars… Funding for the facility comes from several different sources.
