OTTAWA — When Ottawa police checked a report of suspicious activity in the 1100 block of North Main street late last Monday night, they found plenty. Jeremiah Specht, 25, Lawrence; was arrested of suspicion of illegally possessing prescription drugs, having a concealed weapon, possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Police said he was also wanted by Woodson County. Tiffany Burke, 22, Lawrence; was arrested on suspicion of possessing narcotics and drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and obstructing the legal process.
