It appears Franklin County may be preparing to charge slightly more for homeowners who want to pay for dust control near their house. During the Franklin County Commission Study Session, Public Works Director David Lee noted prices haven’t changed in a long time.
Lee says the minimum charge for dust control is about 420 dollars… If the commission agrees to to a slight hike, the charge would go to about 475 dollars.
