State Representative Blaine Finch is not happy with the recent school finance Bill Recently signed into law by Governor Laura Kelley. The law calls for 90 million dollars a year for the next 4 years, totaling 360 million dollars. Finch says it could break the bank.
Finch believes the Kansas Supreme Court will probably ok the bill, but he says in the long run Kansans will suffer.
