When Ransom Memorial Health’s partnership with Advent Health kicked in yesterday, things will change, however, the thing people will notice most is the name change. Ransom CEO Matt Heyne believes it is important for the people of Ottawa and Franklin County to know that the hospital is still a local hospital.
Ransom Health will become Advent Health Ottawa on Wednesday. Advent has pledged over 10 million dollars over the first five years for anything from equipment upgrades to facility makeovers.
