The Kansas Supreme Courts ruling on abortion rights last week has really raised not only many Kansas citizens but also, caught the attention of legislation.
Representative Blaine Finch of Ottawa says, “The court has opened a pandora’s box of issues regarding people’s rights and their pursuit of happiness.
