A woman who wants to be on the Ottawa Planning Commission has some ideas on what needs to be done to improve the quality of life in Ottawa. Crystalee Protheroe and her family have a long history of military service and have been in Ottawa about a year, she says, “Ottawa is a nice place, but it has some needs.”
The Ottawa City Commission is expected to interview several more candidates before making a final selection.
